Job Description:
Join our dynamic LegalTech company serving the entertainment industry! We are looking for dedicated Secretary/Administrative Assistants to support our team with various tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Operating company software for various tasks
- Performing administrative and secretary duties, including research and data entry
- Providing customer support for inquiries related to copyright and DMCA requests
- Conducting searches for copyright infringement and reporting findings
- Assisting with brand protection tasks
- Managing and responding to DMCA takedown requests
- Maintaining organized records of all tasks and communications
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Participating in training sessions as required
Our company also does Adult Entertainment so you have to feel capable of handling NSFW content. This is NOT a content moderation job.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals from the Philippines to join our team as Secretary/Administrative Assistants. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
