- Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews) and ensure smooth Agile practices.
- Ensure proper clean code and clean architecture practices throughout the development cycle.
- Design, code, and test software with a focus on high quality and maintainability.
- Manage unit testing and promote a test-driven development culture.
- Optimize and deploy applications using cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement microservices and containerization strategies for scalable applications.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and guide the team in overcoming technical challenges.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, building strong relationships across functions and ensuring effective communication.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has at least 7 years of experience working as a developer.
- Has at least 1 year of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Able to design clean code, clean architecture, implement unit testing, and understand the entire SDLC process: Requirement, Design, Code, Test, Deploy.
- Has work experience in the banking or fintech industry.
- Has strong knowledge of OOP, microservices, cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure), and containerization.
- Has strong communication skills. Able to be a problem solver and build good collaboration within the team.
- Has experience working in an Agile environment using Jira.
