Product Management Head  

Job Summary:
A Product Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire product lifecycle, from product planning, execution, to end-of-life of the product. S/he is also gathers and converts customer’s requirements into product requirements by working effectively with cross functional teams to ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy, goals, and that customer satisfaction is met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General

• Assesses market demand by gathering customer requirements;
• Develops product and marketing strategies by analyzing and monitoring competitor’s activities;
• Creates product roadmap and defining product vision;
• Communicates with all stakeholders and meeting with clients;
• Builds customer awareness;
• Defines pricing strategy;
• Ensures customer satisfaction;
• Prepares and submits daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports, as required by the Immediate Superior;
• Assists and participates in the company activities; and
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.

Execution

• Leads the build of new products for our customers by coordinating with designers, developers, and our internal team;
• Oversees the product creation processes from helping to determine what functionalities to create, coordinating with developers, and staging new version for distribution;
• Gathers customer feedbacks and suggestions to further improve the product;
• Analyzes product performance and suggests refinements to existing products;
• Chooses and analyzing the most effective release timing; and
• Supports in product demo by providing product information.

End-of-Life

• Understands the reason for decline of product;
• Discusses the issue with stakeholders;
• Fosters a good rapport with existing customers to preserve good relationship with them by being transparent;
• Provides transition for remaining customers when it’s time to disengage; and
• Assists in exporting or transferring customer data, issuing refunds, finding new vendors and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
• Preferably with at least 6 years of experience in Product Management
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and can work effectively with cross functional teams
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification is a plus
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Experienced in handling SaaS products, or B2C and B2B type of software products from previous employment
• Knowledgeable in Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies, Agile principles and practices, and Lean principles and practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
