Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Takes-off quantities for furniture and joineries including installation cost. Gathers all references needed for purchase requests.
- Evaluates technically-financially the offers received from vendors prior purchase
- Produces BOM/BOQ with bare cost as per company data base and reports to QS Manager
- May perform other duties as necessary or assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
- Jr. QS Engineer: Fresh graduate or 1 minimum experience
- Sr. QS Engineer: minimum experience of 2 years
- Willing to work in Makati
- Willing to work on-site
