- Will handle inventory management
- Document Processing, prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all inventory transactions, stock movements, and associated permits.
- Ensure timely processing and compliance of all permits required for inventory storage, transportation, and site activities.
- Monitor permit validity and coordinate renewals or applications as needed.
- Prepare and generate reports on inventory management
- Checking of delivery issues
- Checking of specifications and quantity at the site
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree graduate (preferably Civil or Architectural)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate reporting and data analysis.
