- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities, meetings, and milestones.
- Track project progress and report on status to project managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
- Ensure all project documents are stored in compliance with organizational standards and are easily accessible
- Support the implementation and adherence to System Development Life Cycle processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Track and monitor project risks and issues, and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field

- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
