Responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls and managing the front desk operations. Key Duties include scheduling appoitments, handle inquiries,directing guest ti appropriate departments, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication within the office.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experiance in receptionst or customer service role is preferred
- Strong Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability ti manage appointmentsm handle inquiries and assist with administrative tasks
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
