- Provide timely and effective Level 1 IT support, resolving hardware, software and network-related issues
- Responsible for the maintenance of computer systems, such as servers, laptops, desktops, CCTV, fax copiers, phone system etc.
- Resolve technical problems reported by all system users.
- Provide guidance to employees on basic IT procedures, best practices, and new technologies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent from a related discipline
- 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
