1. Ensure that construction arrangements and all materials used are good and in conformity
with the company’s standards including construction made on behalf of the landlord and
assures that during the construction time all legal authorization procedures are fulfilled.
2. Suggest the Expansion Manager construction companies with legal certification that are
suitable to work for the company.
3. Carries out controls about the compliance of constructor with relevant contracts and advises
the Expansion manager about irregularities discovered.
4. Creates working drawings, plan, and proposal for the layout of each store and distribution
centres.
5. Guarantee the safety of customers and employees in compliance with the building code of the Philippines
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Some experience in construction management or a related area is a plus
- Basic knowledge of local construction regulations and building codes in the Philippines is helpful
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly
