• Install and configure hardware, network, POS and ERP System in the region (Distribution
Center and Stores)
• Provides technical assistance to end-users, diagnose, and troubleshoot the IT-related
issues.
• Identify and recommend the necessary equipment and peripherals related to IT
infrastructure and system in the region.
• Coordinate with the IT Manager / Department in the Head Office.
• Monitor the performance and standards of the POS and ERP System, and recommend
development as necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and system setups
- Good communication skills and willingness to help others
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow in the role
