- Keep track, schedule, and process all payments and expenditures for vendors, government agencies and employees
- Ensure accurate and complete recording of the transactions in the system
- Secure and file all pertinent source documents (e.g., PO, invoices, check vouchers, official receipts etc.)
- Prepare remittances and reports to government agencies (e.g., BIR, BOC, LGUs, etc.)
- Proper and timely reconciliation of accounts
- Prepare analyses of accounts and periodic financial reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Willing to accept 4th year, graduating students
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.), and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
