Job Summary:
Responsible for attending to clients' concerns related to turnover documents and procedures. Assists clients in the final handover process and facilitates acceptance of the physical units.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attends to all client concerns received via email, walk-in or phone-in.
- Ensures that all concerns received are addressed within 24 hours (not necessarily resolved).
- Prepares 201 files of the unit owners.
- Handling UO concerns and requests in relation to acceptance of the physical unit.
- Punch listing of units prior to turnover.
- Coordination of various client and unit concerns with internal groups.
- Makes sure that he/she handovers quality units.
- Assists with preparing or contributing to various reports; submits daily activity report.
- Develops and maintains databases of a variety of files and records related to the activities of the department using computerized and manual filing systems.
- Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
- Site offices with vacancies: Makati City, Laguna City and Quezon City
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education: College graduate with a degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or any related field.
- Years of Related Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year experience required from the Customer Service industry.
