Product Manager  

• Ideation, research, product execution and product performance monitoring
• Managing relationship dengan stakeholders internal OY! dari sisi business (Marketing, BD, Partnership), operations (BO Offline), dan dev team (engineering, QA, dan designers).
• Working on internal operations tools, that includes, but not limited to: (a) operation tools (for customer service), (b) ERP (enterprise resource planning)
• Since the product is internal facing, getting the buy in of the "internal customer" / the user of the product is critical
• Define and drive product strategy by building product roadmap to achieve product goals
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product requirement documents
• Work closely with Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Designer on feature and UI/UX implementations

• Bachelor's degree
• Min. 2 years of product management experience or 4 years of working experience on high-technology companies
• familiarity with APIs and how to operate them
• Good communication in both spoken and written forms to facilitate discussion between stakeholders
• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Strong ownership and team spirit
• Good collaboration skills to work with cross-function teams
• Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in a dynamic environment
