Padi's Point Restaurant and Bar was established in October 1992. The first branch was located in the hills of Antipolo, offering a spectacular view of the city. The original concept was to make Padi's Point a hang out place for young crowds, to satisfy the thirst and hunger of the adventurous players of Gotcha Paintball Wargames as well as for families who were out on excursion. Vince Padilla, the young enterpreneur behind the restaurant, envisioned a nicely built restaurant with good grilled food and drinks at reasonable prices, playing "young music".

With the continued success of the restaurant and bar, it was clear that the concept was indeed salable as a potential business for others. hence, the move to get into franchising.

By October 1997, Padis Point officially launched its franchising program. The first franchise branch located in the Metropolis Mall Alabang was a success.

Soon after, more franchised branches and company - owned branches opened

Padis Point Bar & Restaurant is the widest and favorite bar and restaurant chain in the contry today.
