Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform various financial functions for a company or organization.
- Preparing daily cash deposits, providing change and dues for staff that handle cash, tracking accounts payable and receivable, and performing monthly account audits.
- Maintaining accurate and complete records including ledgers, journals, invoices and receipts.
- Assisting the team in daily, monthly and annual activities.
- Speaking with the suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
- Communicating with customers to follow-up or discuss any charges or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
- End-to-end process of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Follow up collections
- Checking and requesting utilities' payments (Light and Water, Internet and Communication and Telecommunications, Janitorial and Security Fees)
- Check and Cash releasing
- Issuance of official receipt/ collection receipts to customers
- Uploading and updating e-files to accounting system
- Handling Petty Cash Fund
- Preparation of Shared Billing
- Preparation of P&L per projects (Handled Accounts)
- Preparation of Sales Commissions (Handled Accounts)
- Assists in ISO tasks
- OSH committee tasks
- Perform administrative and other tasks as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Proficient in using computer (MS Office)
- Familiar in using Communication Software (Gmeet, Zoom, Skype)
- Working experience in using QuickBooks, SAP B1, AP processing, AR processing and other financial reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Well-organized, proactive, self-motivated person
- Skeptical and analytical
- Keen to details
- Can work under time pressure and stress.
