- Leads the preparation and analysis of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) reporting across the organization, identifying key trends and insights.
- Compile and generate monthly departmental reporting decks, assisting in monthly variance analysis across all business functions.
- Support monthly variance analysis and financial reporting for FBG’s Retail Sportsbook business.
- Perform month-end related tasks including but not limited to, month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and other tasks deemed necessary by Finance leadership.
- Efficiently support the processing of company invoices and purchase requisitions in Oracle, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and proper GL account alignment through coordination with stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance or other Business-related courses.
- 1-3 years of BPO experience performing Finance and/or Accounting functions
- Knowledge of common accounting procedures and compliance frameworks
- Finance or accounting experience, including interaction with corporate and business unit management offshore and onshore.
- Attention to fine detail and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Google OS (Google sheets, docs, slides, Gmail).
- Familiarity with automated accounting systems with knowledge in Oracle is preferred.
- Background in online sports betting industry a plus.
- Night shift schedule.
