Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for providing general administrative services and support but not limited to the admin department, facilities management, and executive requirements.
- Performs general staff assistance including documentation services, coordination, and relaying information to support other departments.
- Manages and creates admin database information and is responsible for record monitoring and safekeeping of all admin-related documents.
- Produces admin-related reports.
- Administers full visa process for foreign nationals that includes tourist visa extensions, special and provisional working permits, alien employment permits, and working visas.
- Administers visa downgrade and arranges ECC (Exit Clearance Certificate) for foreign nationals.
- Monitors all applications applied and updates management from time to time.
- Manages expats 201 files.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in a program of study related to Management, Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience
- 1 – 2 years related experience
- Above average oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel )
- Can work with limited supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Time-management skills
- Can prepare reports
- Can multi-task as needed
- With keen attention to detail.
- Ability to make decisions on matters involving immediate problem-solving within his/her area of control.
- Exemplifies customer service skills
- Responsible and result–oriented and a team player.
