The Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring employee well-being, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s goals.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems (HRIS) is a plus.
