Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in managing all social media accounts
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Develop, implement and manage our social media content and strategy
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Measure the success of every social media content and strategy
- Create social media content
- Planning social media strategy
- Handling social media buzzer/influencers
- Running social media activities/campaign
- Analyze market needs for updating promotion plans and strategies
- Internal Videographer Design Graphics
- Make suggestions, propose new projects and ideas
- Shooting, making, and editing video for social media
- Make a motion graphic or after effect
- Photography for social media
- Responsible for cutting and editing video footage to tell stories that relate to brands and resonate with target audiences
- Making a weekly and monthly report to branding manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or as Digital Media Specialist
- Degree in Communication, Marketing or relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices and tools such as Buffer
- Up-to-date with the latest social media best parctices and technologies
- Good time-management skills
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
