What You’ll Be Working On & Learning:

You’ll be part of a small but ambitious team, working on both backend development and DevOps while sharpening your skills in scalable, secure, and efficient systems. This is an opportunity to expand your expertise, contribute meaningfully, and be involved in building practical solutions that improve healthcare technology.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

🖥 Backend Development – Learn to build and maintain APIs, develop business logic, and optimize databases for performance and reliability.

🔧 DevOps & Automation – Work with the team to design and refine CI/CD pipelines for smooth, automated deployments.

☁️ Cloud & Infrastructure – Gain experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure to help manage and optimize cloud-based services.

🛠 Database Management – Learn best practices for maintaining and scaling relational and NoSQL databases.

📈 Monitoring & Debugging – Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to keep everything running smoothly.

🛡 Security & Compliance – Understand and apply security best practices to protect sensitive health data.

🤝 Collaboration – Work closely with senior engineers and product teams, contributing ideas and improving system performance over time.

We’re looking for smart, resourceful engineers who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in both backend development and DevOps. While experience is a plus, the right mindset, attitude and problem-solving ability matter more.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of fundamentals in programming (JavaScript preferred).
• Basic experience with building APIs and working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, cloud services, or automation is a plus).
• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments and command-line tools.
• A problem-solving mindset—able to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
• A strong sense of ownership and initiative—willing to dive into challenges and explore solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment—adaptability is key!

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have, But Not Required):

• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Familiarity with security best practices for backend and infrastructure.
