Since 1991, Population Services Pilipinas Incorporated (PSPI) has been faithful to its mission of providing the highest quality of sexual and reproductive health services to Filipinos nationwide. Today, PSPI has a nationwide presence largely though its ubiquitous partnership with 75% of local government units around the country. At the same time, it has been stimulating private sector participation in the sector by supporting mid-level service providers through franchising arrangements.
