Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Daily operation on premise environment as layer 1 helpdesk
Escalate to layer 2 and 3 if needed
Shifting hour
Handle server monitoring and basic configuration
Handle ticket support

Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum Diploma from IT, physics, mathematics, electrical engineering or other relevant background
Minimum 1 year experience at linux system administration
Having basic linux knowledge (permission, basic server monitoring, basic server configuration)
Having experience in Redhat or centos or rocky linux
Fresh graduate with final project at linux are welcome to apply
Ready to join immediately
Ready onsite in Jakarta
