Relationship Manager (RM) for Affluent Customer  

Job Description:

Relationship Managers at Bank Mandiri Taspen will play a critical role in developing and nurturing relationships with clients focused on funding and investment opportunities. This position requires understanding of funding mechanisms, investment products, and market trends to offer the best financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop an action plan to achieve and exceed the revenue/new customer acquisition targets set for the year.
Acquire new customers while constantly maintaining and upgrading the existing customer portfolio. Work closely with the Transaction Funding Officer to achieve the set targets.
Provide excellent service to customers (both existing and potential) by maintaining close relationships and managing their investment portfolios, e.g., conduct regular meetings to assess customers’ banking needs and maximize cross-selling opportunities for the bank’s products and services.
Advise clients on various funding and investment options, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting funding and investments.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or financial services with a focus on funding and investments
Strong understanding of funding mechanisms, investment strategies, and financial markets
Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
