Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage documents and administrative tasks in daily operational activities;
- Regularly update tickets which will be executed within the operational team;
- Perform monthly report for PMO which contains detailed and specific contents;
- Draft SRR document for regular performances which will be submitted to the board of directors and upper management;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university;
- Outstanding ability in data processing (using Microsoft Excel's formula) is a MUST;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Love working with a lot of numbers (must be precise and specific, aware of errors);
- Good communication and presentation skills (written English for email communication, etc.);
- Experienced in using general administrative applications;
- Experienced in sales & automotive industry would be a plus;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork;
- Detail oriented, discipline, and able to work on administration tasks
