Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, develop, and implement risk management system for the organization by coordinating with business unit & SFU
- Report risk in an appropriate way to Directors and business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business
- Undertake corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders
- Consult the risk management to Commissionaire
- Supervise the implementation of transaction limit parameters (trading limit) both for the benefit of the customer and for the benefit of the Broker-Dealer whose formulation is contained in the standard operating procedure of Securities Broker
- Ensure the Company's Policies and Regulations are in accordance with applicable regulations and meet the quality of internal control
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor Degree
- 15+ years experience in risk management, preferably within the banking/securities
- Significant experience conducting risk assessments within multiple categories of risks e.g. operational, investment, governance, strategic, enterprises.
- Proven history of building and maintaining strong relationships and using strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain credibility to build, lead and manage the risk framework
- Proven professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
- Experience working with Board/Management level Risk committees
