Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers’ challenges and supporting the sales team during engagements by providing IT services and solutions to meet clients requirements.
- Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.
- Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in product or presales in IT company
- Having good knowledge in IT technologies
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal and presentations skills
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and innovation
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to understand complex systems
- Able to communicate effectively with technical, non-technical and business audiences
- Able to work well under pressure, ability to work in a team environment
- Able to combine technical & commercial considerations into the decision making process
- Able to quickly understand client facing complex problems and advise effective solutions
