Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Sales executives are one of the most important resources for a business as they directly contribute to the revenue of any organization. The most common job responsibility of sales executive is to promote the company’s products and services to customers and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.
Sales Executive’s duties and responsibilities include:
- Looking for contacts of prospective clients such as Humas/PR/corporate communication/corporate secretary;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Responsibility for the Company's commercial matters both to existing and potential clients;
- To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients (corporation agreement/contract with prospective new clients);
- Conducting "business development" activities and making sales strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company;
- Create and update list of prospective clients, both groups and individuals;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects;
- Create and prepare proposals and other materials needed for presentations/meetings or sales pitching (demo dashboards, analyst reports, etc.);
- Create and monitor sales target planning;
- Design and implement sales programs;
- Identify needs (sales training, sales recruitment, sales process optimization) to administrative needs;
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;
- Become as a Representative between internal and external parties of the company;
- Preparing for daily, weekly and monthly reports to related users/supervisors.

Qualifications for Sales Executive:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing, communication or related majors.
- Having experience as Account Executive (Media monitoring, marketing communication, public relation)
- Maximum is 35 years old
- Excellent knowledge and experience in presentation, negotiating, build relationship with clients Prospecting & sales planning.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, both oral and written
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
