- Conducting research and collecting prospect data (leads) from various sources, such as online platforms, social media, and business directories.
- Ensuring the leads database is always updated, accurate, and relevant
- Categorizing leads based on priority or sales potential.
- Tracking the progress of the sales team, such as follow-up schedules, prospect status, and target achievement
- Conduct telesales by contacting potential customers to offer the company's products or services.
- Handle initial communication with customers regarding administrative needs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a relevant major, such as Business Administration, Management, or other related major.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales administration, sales support, or other administrative positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of sales administration systems (invoices, quotes, purchase orders).
- Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce or HubSpot (optional).
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Effective organization and time management.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented in handling documents or data.
- Possess strong telephone communication skills to offer products/services to customers
