Deskripsi Pekerjaan

You will join a team that is charged with a new product line contribution as a business unit of Ogloba. Your responsibilities will include acting as main 24/7 communication bridge with the new merchants, client companies, and end-users, helping them with technical issues by contacting our IT team, or simply give user guidance for the use of our Apps and Websites.

You will work in a startup environment located in a modern office in Kemang (South Jakarta).

Role & Responsibility

  • Support end-users of the Mobile and Web applications in troubleshooting
  • Communication and support to corporate clients
  • Communication and support to merchant clients
  • Simple reporting

Kualifikasi Minimum

  1. You will be required to be team-spirited, able to share information and work closely with both our local partner and the international teams
  2. Basic experience in a technology company is a plus
  3. Experience in communication and support is a plus
  4. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required in WFH basis
  5. Fluency in English is a must
