Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, customer engagement, and relationship-building.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized and attentive service.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's products and heritage to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Stay informed about the latest collections, materials, and craftsmanship techniques to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to enhance the customer experience.
- Proactively follow up with clients to nurture long-term relationships.
- Maintain a client database and use it to drive sales and repeat business.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards and ensuring the store is always presented in a luxurious and appealing manner.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably have an experience as a vehicle Sales Promotion in automotive event or as a Client Advisor in luxury brand/store at mall (LV, Channel, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, etc)
- Have an experience as flight attendant is a plus
- Preferably have an experience as a Client Advisor for luxury furniture store
- Have a good communication skills
- Target Oriented, excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skill, problem-solving, detail oriented and presentation skill
- Good analytical thinking
- Willing to be placed in Sunter or Mangga Dua or Bekasi or Pantai Indah Kapuk - North Jakarta
- Willing to follow the On-site /Offline Recruitment Process in Head Office Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta
