- Provide recommendation and improvement regarding the organizational structure in order to achieve the establishment of an effective organization
- Carry out and organize job analysis, job description, job evaluation, and job grading according to the company'a needs in order to achieve the establishment of an effective organization
- Make competency dictionary for every job, including technical and behavioral competencies
- Evaluate standard organizational indicators to monitor and control the level of organizational health, to see the relevance to the latest business needs
- Analyze, calculate and manage the number of employees nationally both in the Head Office and Branches, including the position, work location, employees hired, moved or left the company and other considerations
- Carry out and maintain change management, and monitor organization plans that has been approved
- Implement strategies to develop improvement and innovation in the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in any major with GPA 3.00
- Preferably experienced in related fields
- Proficiency in operating Windows operating system and Microsoft Suites
- Ability in data statistics
- Able to work in a customer-focus manner
- Have a good driving force, planning, and interpersonal skill
