Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collecting data related to customers, classifying this data into similar groups, and validating or purifying the data to ensure its feasibility or validity.
- Analyzing all valid customer data to gain an overall understanding of the customer profile.
- Segmenting the resulting customer profiles to determine business strategies that are suitable for each profile and sustainable for the company.
- Finalizing the data on implemented business strategies based on data analysis (customer profile and segmentation) to assess the development and implementation status of these strategies in each business unit periodically.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree of Stastitics or Mathematics from reputable universities;
- Passionate in Data Science and Statistic Tools;
- Min. GPA of 3.00;
- Min. 3 years experience in the field
- Adequate knowledge and experience of data analytics and query tools (Excel, Python/R/SPSS, and SQL)
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
