Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Generate Requirement Assessment Document for Agile Projects / Change Requests.
- Facilitating and leading requirements workshops, guiding the process of gathering and refining requirements into epics, features, detailed user stories, and precise acceptance criteria.
- Collaborating closely with diverse cross-functional teams in an Agile manner, including Product Managers/Owners, Business Owners, Solution Owners, and Engineering teams.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience and skill 2+ years as Business Analyst (Insurance).
- Preferable have experience working in Insurance and/or Banking industry.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to WFO in Jakarta.
