Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise and review reconciliation process for QRIS transactions and biller product.
- Supervise and review reconciliation process for electronic money top up balance.
- Ensure all settlement payments to partner and merchant in proper amount and timely manner in accordance to agreement.
- Communicate with external parties and internal department (Finance, IT and Product) to solve any reconciliation &settlement-related issues (Good-faith, Claim, Chargeback, Refund, etc.).
- Track, monitor and ensure daily and monthly member's wallet balance performed accurately.
- Analyze, follow up, work and suggestion solving/recommend to relevant department regarding dispute that occurs from complaint or system.
- Collaborate intensively about reconciliation & settlement concept with IT and Product department for new/update partner and product development if any, including involvement on migration system.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5-8 years of experience, handling fintech/e-money companies is a plus
- Have good leadership, teamwork and logical thinking.
- Have good skill in using Microsoft office.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
