• Bachelor's in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related background.
• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Knowledge in product solution architect and pre-sales.
• Good presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Expert in CRM, loyalty, and e-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrated skills in project management and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
