- Responsible for driving the sales of DataOn's solutions and products.
- Achieve sales targets while expanding market share.
- Create and implement plans to target enterprise clients and achieve revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and set goals for the sales team to meet targets.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers, offering tailored solutions.
- Oversee all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion to meet financial targets.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Focus on maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the target industry, preferably with large companies (B2B).

Proven expertise in sales project management, with the ability to oversee the entire process from opportunity identification to successful closure.
