- Create and maintain technical documents, including user manuals, API documentation, and training materials
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to simplify complex concepts
- Ensure documentation adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain version histories and update doscuments as systems evolve
- Develop materials to aid training and knowledge sharing for teams and clients
- Plan and align documentation with project milestones and timelines
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proficiency in technical writing tools (Microsoft Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare)
- Ability to create diagrams and visual aids (using tools like Visio, Lucidchart)
- Familiarity with system integration consepts (APIs, middleware, microservices)
- Experience with version control systems
- Strong ability to translate technical conepts for diverse audiences
- High attention to detail for accurate and clear documentation
- Problem-solving ability to anticipate documentation needs and gaps
