- Download, identify and reconcile all accepted and send payment (VA, CC, CVS, E-wallet, Payout, Payloan) in daily mutation of all banks.
- Input journal for third party fund, client’s payment, testing, accrual, reimbursement income tax article 23
- Reconcile and do report for third party fund, balance on third party, suspense payment, suspense receipt, and chargeback
- Create invoice to client & deduct with third party fund
- Check payment partner’s invoice to internal dashboard data
- Check transactions cofund promo OVO to merchant
- Request set off to RM team for some cases
- Do settlement third party fund to merchant
- Handle case related to settlement or client’s payment
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High level of skill on Ms. Excel
- Strong interest when it comes to innovating process to achieve effectiveness
- Background in accounting or management
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Strong team player and excited to work in a startup environment
- An eye for detail
