Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition to join our agile team! As a Sr. Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the end-to-end recruitment process run smoothly, also attract and recruit potential talents to be part of Torch's growth.

Job Role:

1. Sourcing Talent: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to attract qualified candidates.
2. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates for cultural fit, skills, and experience.
3. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates for ongoing recruitment efforts.
4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
5. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Showcase the company culture, values, and opportunities for career growth.
6. Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

1. Min. 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the fashion retail or headhunting industry.
2. A strong understanding of the fashion retail industry, including market trends, key players, and the competitive landscape.
3. Proficiency in sourcing techniques (including boolean search), candidate assessment, and interview skills. Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Able to establish rapport with candidates and maintain relationships with industry contacts or community.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions.
7. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
