Sales Officer  

Sales Support:

• Assist in generating leads and identifying potential customers.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Maintain up-to-date customer information and manage client records in the system.
• Managing client communication.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Address customer queries and provide timely updates on the status of their proposals and tenders.
• Conduct post-tender follow-ups and ensure proper documentation of all client interactions.

Administrative Tasks:

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the tender and sales processes.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with budget tracking and report generation for sales and marketing activities.

Tender and Documentation Management:

• Prepare and submit tender documents in line with company standards and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of tender documentation, including contracts, proposals, and supporting materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of all tender submissions and follow-up on deadlines and queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and compile the necessary documents for tender applications.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular reports on sales performance, tender submissions, and marketing activities.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and provide recommendations to the sales and marketing teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or tender management.
• Experience in handling tender documents and managing administrative tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
