Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyzes the product both from the performance and transactional side
- Performs market research and competitor benchmarking
- Designs and maintain the product's performance growth
- Finds the anomaly or issues of the performance's growth and proposes appropriate solution
- Comes up with creative and out of the box ideas to retain customer and make them repurchase the products
- Works closely with digital marketing team to increase business performance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree from all majors (preferably from Engineering, Economy, Communication, Business Management) with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences in Growth Marketing field
- Firm in analytical thinking, judgment, drive & courage, problem-solving, and data analysis
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Able to analyze the market trends and picture the insights
- Proactive, creative, adaptive, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in English
