- Identify and analyse market trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Achieve monthly sales targets within the assigned regions
- Conduct daily visits and/or product testing with samples for potential customers
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Acquire new clients on a monthly basis
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing weekly schedules, preparing sales meeting recaps, generating sales reports, processing purchase orders, etc.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum D3/ Bachelor’s degree with proven work experience.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to translate insights into marketing actions
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A team player with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and work under strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal communication, influencing and analytical skills.
- Integrity and honestly are essential
- Prior experience as a barista or beverage specialist is a plus
- Willingness to adapt to new environments
- A valid type A or C driving license is required
