This position will be located in our subsdiary PT Prodia Digital Indonesia.
PT Prodia Digital Indonesia (PRDI) is a subsidiary of PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk, focusing on delivering digital health services through advanced technology and life sciences. One of its key offerings is the "U by Prodia" application, designed to facilitate health monitoring and personalized care for users
Job Descriptions:
- Develop administrative documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and work instructions related to new wellness services.
- Manage the implementation of surveys and measurements for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to evaluate partner and branch satisfaction.
- Collaborate with branch offices to implement and provide training on wellness-related health services.
- Ensure smooth handling of tickets received from the Contact Center related to service satisfaction.
- Oversee and ensure the efficient resolution of refund-related tickets for the Health Shop platform.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or min GPA 3.00
- Fresh Graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Possession of a valid Pharmacist Registration Certificate (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker/STRA) or its equivalent
- Have experience in customer service, satisfaction measurement, and ticket management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and branches.
