Responsibilities:
- Drive a culture of self-directed and proactive learning to enhance individual skills and boost organizational performance.
- Develop and manage a robust Knowledge Management System.
- Conduct assessments and skill gap analyses to deliver learning solutions that align with organizational needs.
- Design Competency Learning Roadmaps (CLR) based on Corporate Capability Assessments (CCA) and learning needs assessments.
- Collaborate with learning partners to design curriculum, modules, and learning methods tailored to company requirements.
- Evaluate and analyze the impact of learning programs and recommend improvements for maximum effectiveness.
7. Empower leaders to effectively guide their teams in achieving high performance outcomes.
8. Create and manage employee digital learning journeys, continuously innovating through content and technology enhancements.
9. Oversee the facilities of the learning studio or Production House at Prodia Corporate University (ProU).
10. Identify, select, and manage external trainers, suppliers, or vendors, and evaluate their performance.
11. Develop quality standards for digital learning content.
12. Manage education and training budgets to maximize value for money.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field, a master’s degree is a plus. GPA min 3.00
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in curriculum design, digital learning solutions, and leadership development.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge management systems.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning tools.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and emerging learning technologies.
- Proven ability to coach and enable leaders to guide their teams toward high performance.
- Experience in managing complex learning projects, including budgeting and vendor management.
- Strong digital literacy with the ability to leverage tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or other content authoring tools.
- Passionate about lifelong learning and organizational growth.
