Business Development Executive  

We are looking for a Business Development professional to join the team. This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Jakarta Barat. As Business Development, you will develop business strategies and execute them, lead negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional team efforts. You will research and build relationships with new clients, ensure alignment with stakeholders, and develop pricing strategies. You will work closely with clients, understand their business needs, develop positive client relationships, and perform market analysis to identify new opportunities to improve client satisfaction and growth.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in Business Development/Sales/related field
• Experienced in working at Digital Agency or similar industry
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English and Indonesian language, both oral and written
