Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Service reliability: Ensuring that services are reliable, available, and performance.
- Monitoring and alerting: Setting up monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to issues.
- Capacity planning: Planning for future capacity needs based on growth and usage patterns.
- Incident response: Responding to and resolving incidents to minimize downtime and impact on users.
- Automation: Automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Performance optimization: Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in the system.
- Deployment and Release Management: Implement best practices for deployment and release management to ensure that new features and updates are rolled out smoothly and without impacting service reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that services meet reliability and performance requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and best practices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Hands-on technical experience on building and maintaining cloud infrastructures such as AWS, and/ or GCP
- Hands-on technical experience supporting on-prem infrastructure
- Hands-on technical experience on building and maintaining CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, CircleCl, Travis, TeamCity or GitHub Actions
- Hands-on technical experience on configuring and fine-tuning monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Full WFO
