Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Receives and assigns control number on Purchase Request for funding and signature of the head.
2. Receives and assigns control number on payroll and vouchers for funding and signature of the head.
3. Receives documents for the preparation of vouchers to suppliers; reviews documents for completeness.
4. Prepare disbursement vouchers and journal entry vouchers with computations on withholding taxes, retention fees and other penalties if appropriate.
5. Establishes and maintains Suppliers Index of Taxes Withheld.
6. Keeps and maintains file of vouchers, purchase orders, purchase request and obligation slip.
7. Does other related work that may be assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Good written and communication skills
- Excellent human relation and customer service skills
- Experience in human resource management is an advantage
- Computer literate
Place of Assignment: Accounting Division
Salary: Php13,500.00
Status of employment: Contract of Service
