Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performs research and analysis on the Agency's staffing structure to adjust to the growing workforce and changing responsibilities.
- Performs assessments of needs to identify necessary measures for improving both employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Examines and manages the electronic and physical record system for the Agency's human resources, ensuring their accuracy and maintenance.
- Designs a strategic staffing plan to fulfill the department/offices' requirements and ensure efficient service delivery.

- 8 hours of relevant training
Experience
- 2 year of relevant experience

- Strong analytical and planning skills;

Quezon City is a vast and teeming city with a steadily increasing income and occupation of one-third of Metro Manila’s total land area.
