An EMT, also known as an EMT-Basic, cares for patients at the scene of an incident and while taking patients by ambulance to a hospital. An EMT has the skills to assess a patient's condition and to manage emergencies such as those related to respiratory, cardiac, or trauma incidents.
Kualifikasi Minimum
EMTs have the basic knowledge and skills necessary to provide basic level care and safely transport patients ranging from non-emergency and routine medical transports to life threatening emergencies.
Emergency Medical Technicians function as part of a comprehensive EMS response system, under medical oversight and typically with advanced level care resources.

Quezon City is a vast and teeming city with a steadily increasing income and occupation of one-third of Metro Manila’s total land area. It now serves as the Philippines’ government center with the legislature and other important government offices located in its area. With an area of 16,112.58 hectares (based on 1995 GIS graphical plot), it is the largest among the sixteen (16) cities and one (1) municipality in the region and is almost one-fourth the size of Metro Manila.
