Clerical and Administrative Support:
Provide clerical support to the Career Management Section by assisting with the preparation and organization of employee career development materials, such as training records, career plans, and promotion documents.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to employee career development activities, including assessments, training outcomes, and performance evaluations.
Data Entry and Record Maintenance:
Accurately input career management data into the HR system, including training records, career progression details, and performance data.
Maintain an organized system for storing employee career records and ensure that the information is updated regularly and securely.
Document Filing and Organization:
Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital records related to employee career development, including training certifications, promotion histories, and professional development plans.
Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, securely stored, and easily accessible for reference or audits.
Assistance in Career Development Processes:
Assist in coordinating employee development programs, such as workshops, training, and seminars, by preparing materials and organizing schedules.
Help track employee participation in career development activities and update records accordingly.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for employees inquiring about career development opportunities, career paths, and available training programs.
Coordinate with other departments and external providers to facilitate career management programs and initiatives.
Support in Career Management Reporting:
Ensure that reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner to the relevant authorities.
General Office Support:
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies for the Career Management Section.
Assist with other administrative tasks or projects as assigned by the section supervisor.
